“MSgt Tara Jacobs Brown Ave”
On Monday, April 18, 2016 a street was officially dedicated to Master Sergeant Tara Jacobs Brown. There was a great turnout as Congressman John Mica officiated. It was a very moving ceremony in Deltona, Florida, which honored Master Sergeant Tara Jacobs Brown who was fatally wounded in Kabul, Afghanistan on April 27, 2011. Her outstanding service to our country was recognized by every speaker and the City of Deltona who dedicated a street which leads to the high school where she graduated in 1995, to her memory.
